Dispatch Timeline

Each Pookie piece is made with love and precision. To ensure quality and attention to detail:

Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 7–8 working days after confirmation.

Made-to-Order Items: Some garments may require additional time depending on customization or production flow. If so, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Dispatch Notification: Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking link and dispatch confirmation.

Note: Dispatch time does not include courier transit time.

 

Pricing Transparency

We value clarity and fairness in every transaction:

Inclusive Pricing: All listed prices include applicable taxes. What you see is what you pay no hidden charges.

Currency: Prices are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). For international orders, currency conversion may apply at checkout.

Promotions & Discounts: Any ongoing offers will be clearly mentioned on product pages or at checkout.

 

Shipping Details

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): We partner with reliable courier services to deliver across major cities and towns.

Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your address. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount check our homepage for current offers.

 

International Orders

We’re happy to ship worldwide!

Delivery Time: Varies by destination, usually 7–14 working days post-dispatch.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applicable in their country. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time.
