At Pookie, every piece is made with love and we want you to feel just as good wearing it. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges or credit notes if your item meets our eligibility criteria.
Exchanges & Credit Notes
We offer exchanges for:
Size swaps (subject to availability)
Faulty or incorrect items
If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for future purchases.
How to Request an Exchange
To be eligible:
Email us at rant@pookie.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, item name, and a brief description of the issue or size swap request.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
What’s Not Eligible
We do not accept exchanges or offer credit notes for:
Items returned without prior email approval
Requests made after the 2-day window
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Sale or discounted items
Shipping Back Your Item
Once approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item without tracking.
Credit Notes
If eligible for a credit note:
You’ll receive a unique code via email
Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Can be used on any future purchase at
